The New Norm

In light of the Government shutdowns, we had no control over being forced to stop operations. If you missed our June Ops Update here is a summary:
-Yes, we are open & accepting orders
-Please expect delays on product orders placed today
-We are working around the clock to safely grow this company to 5,000 American Jobs

Everyday we are thankful for our supporting customers showing verbal recognition on our Facebook and Instagram page comments. For the frustrated customer waiting for their product – we hear you & we empathize with you. When we had to shut our warehouse doors due to unforeseen circumstances we were irate. This set our production schedule back weeks.

Setting up New Systems

Upon being shut down by the Emergency Operation Center’s 20-25 Proclamation Compliance Response Team, we were forced to question which actions we could take. How can we produce products safely, quickly and to the Trayvax standard that we all expect?

Trayvax Work At Home was introduced to keep our production line moving without having 30+ employees passing through our warehouse everyday. How does it work?

First, we use our CNC Machine and custom leather presses to create “build kits”. The build kits come with everything someone would need to successfully build Trayvax Products at home. Employees work from home crafting and assembling each product by hand. They drop off the completed product at our warehouse.

Finally, our shipping department does one more product inspection upon sending it your way.

When will my product be shipped out?

For orders placed before June 8th, our goal is to have them all shipped out by the end of July. We are on track to meet that goal. For orders placed after 6/8, please allow 30 business days or 6 weeks. As our newly implemented systems begin to fine-tune itself we expect to get back to our norm of 5-10 business days shipping time.

We are working to send out orders as we receive them chronologically. Our metal wallets take less time to build compared to our popular leather wallets (Element, Contour, Ascent, etc.). Thus being able to fulfill metal wallets quicker. Even though those items will have stock, it won’t guarantee faster shipments.

Certain products remain Out of Stock due to US sourced manufacturers still being shut down.

I am very unhappy, your company has done a piss poor job all the way around , I ordered 46 days ago , and have not herd anything from anyone.
I have contacted the BB and my Credit Card Company . No one returns calls. You might as well just shut down, Your just going to make a lot of people angry.
