Track Your Order

We ship anywhere in the United States via USPS or FedEx shipping. We also offer international shipping! Countries we ship to are available in the drop-down menu at checkout. If your country is not shown, we are unable to ship there. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that all customs and import taxes are additional and often charged at the time of delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer. You're encouraged to contact your local customs office for more information on local fees and taxes before purchasing. 

Customers who choose to use a freight forwarder are liable for all shipping risks. Using a mail or freight forwarder may result in issues not covered by Trayvax. If you use a package forwarding service, we consider the original address of the forwarder to be the destination for your order. We will not provide a replacement or refund for any items or packages delivered to you from a mail forwarder.

All international sales are final.

We are unable to make changes to an order once an order has been placed. The order will need to be canceled and refunded and a new order will need to be placed. 

Unfortunately, once the order has left our facility, we are unable to change or cancel an order.

Our products are built by hand at our warehouse in Bellingham, Washington. Our current order processing times are around 7-10 business days from your order date. When your order ships out, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Transit time to the delivery destination will depend on which method of shipping you choose at checkout.

Standard Shipping - Standard shipping is sent via USPS First Class mail service. Transit time is usually between 3-10 business days. USPS is currently experiencing nationwide delays, so sometimes it can take a little longer. 

FedEx Shipping - Our FedEx shipping option usually takes around 1-3 business days in transit. Please note, FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes.

FedEx International Priority - This service usually takes around 10 business days for delivery, however this one can vary quite a bit due to customs. Please note, our shipping fee does not include any customs or duties fees that may be due prior to delivery of your package.
