Every Trayvax product comes with a 65-Year Heirloom Warranty. We test all of our products for 65 years of durability and stand behind the quality of our gear. We’ll never turn our back on our customers. Our gear is made to be passed down and we're here to ensure that happens.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage (e.g. broken straps, worn out Velcro, broken grommets, frayed paracord, broken rivets, etc...). The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, loss, theft, cosmetic wear, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Some examples of what our warranty does not cover includes: scratches, dents, Cerakote chipping, leather stretching, animals ripping leather, bent plates (bending from misuse as a screwdriver, bent plates from being ran over by a car, etc.).
Our warranty covers products purchased directly through our website (https://www.trayvax.com) or through one of our authorized re-sellers. Proof of purchase may be required including a receipt, original order number, or the full name and email address of the purchaser.
Please note your wallet was made by hand and there may be slight imperfections. These imperfections make your wallet unique to you and give your wallet the character it deserves!
Not covered by warranty? Don't fret! Some issues not covered by warranty may be sent in for repair. We will repair your product at cost of materials used and shipping. Please send us a photo of your wallet at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information regarding repairs.
