If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. To return your product, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include proof of purchase and the reason for your return in the email. Please note that all custom engraved and international orders are final sale.
Our customer service team will email you a complimentary return label to ship your item(s) back to us. You have 14 days after a return label is issued to ship your return item(s), after which the return label will be voided.
Refunds are processed within a week of reaching our warehouse. All returns are subject to a Shipping, Inspection, and Restocking Fee as follows:
- Original 2.0, Axis, Summit, Cinch Belt, Cinch Lite, and Link Lanyard: $5
- Element, Explorer, Summit Notebook, Renegade, and Ascent: $10
- Contour, Epiphany: $15
The Restocking Fee is waived for all exchanges.
If your order was placed on our Amazon store, you will need to initiate a return through Amazon to receive your return shipping label.
