These past few months have been a challenge, to say the least.
On May 19th, we were contacted by authorities requesting our warehouse shut down operations. We were allowed to reopen when Whatcom County entered Phase 2 of Washington State’s phased approach to reopening businesses.
Trayvax was allowed to return to warehouse operations June 8th, thus setting us back three weeks.
Our warehouse employees are currently operating around the clock to get orders out the door!
We are anticipating catching up with our orders over the next few weeks, to get back to our average 5-10 business days shipping estimate. We ask to allow approximately 30 business days from the date you place your order.
Yes! We could not have got to this point as a company without our amazing customer base. As we make our way back to full operations we ask for your support and patience.
We will update the website when products come back in stock. We want to give you a firm answer on this. Unfortunately, certain US distributors that we receive material from are currently shut down due to operational restrictions. Expect continued updates when we receive more information.
