Congratulations on your new Trayvax gift! Designed to last a lifetime, it's important that you get the right fit, size, and model. We have many different designs to select from. If you need to upgrade, exchange, or try a different style, let us know and we'll swap it out for you provided it is within the 30 day return window. You just pay the difference.
If this is your first time using our products, then the new style could come as a shock to you. Our rugged, minimalist designs take some getting used to. If you need any help or advice on breaking in your new gear, go ahead and let us know.
