Thank you everyone who joined us at the Recreation Northwest Expo this year! This was our second year participating and the new venue was perfect. The Expo is meant to feature all our outdoor recreation activities in the Northwest. There’s everything from skiing, hiking, and biking to physical therapy demos and volunteer work party sign ups.
One of my favorite highlights was connecting with different organizations for volunteer events and getting information on races. It was great to see the guys at Ski to Sea since we are gearing up for racing again this year. Going around and scoping out bike shops was next on my list. This was all in the spare 30 minutes I had when I wasn’t manning our booth.
The first 3 hours of the day, we could barely breath. It was awesome having a constant crowd of people around our booth! We only had two people working the booth at the same time. As we were both demoing our products, people waiting would come around us and grab our gear to test it out. Customers in the crowd were pulling out their Trayvax wallets and telling us how they are a customer for life.
When it finally slowed down I had some time to dive in and really see what everyone thought of our stuff. Going over different prototypes, improvement ideas, and color options we received a lot of insight. We are always trying to improve and always want to hear what you have to say.
