Official Rules and Regulations 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Trayvax Independence Day Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Trayvax Enterprises LLC (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Official Rules

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 26, 2025 at 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends on July 6, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit the designated online entry form during the Sweepstakes Period and follow all instructions to complete and submit the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified via bonus entry methods. Any attempt to obtain more entries than permitted by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or other methods will void that entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification.

• Subscribe to our YouTube channel — 1 entry

• Follow @trayvax on TikTok — 1 entry

• Subscribe to our email newsletter — 1 entry

Daily Entries:

• Visit our Facebook page — 1 entry per day

• Upload a review video of your Trayvax product — 3 entries

Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Prizes

Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) Trayvax Original 2.0 OD Green Patriot w/ Glass Breaker (Approximate Retail Value: $70 each). Total prize value: $210. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes and all other expenses not expressly listed herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about July 7, 2025. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within fifteen (15) days, or fails to comply with any of these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any email delivery issues, including spam filters or incorrect contact information provided by entrants. Receipt of the prize by any winner is conditioned upon compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AS DETERMINED SOLELY BY THE SPONSOR, WILL RESULT IN THE WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AND FORFEITURE OF ALL RIGHTS TO THE PRIZE.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you grant Sponsor and its affiliates the unrestricted, worldwide right to use, publish, or display your entry (including your name, likeness, photo, review, or video content) for promotional, advertising, or other purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation or approval, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if it determines that any virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control has corrupted or otherwise affected the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such an event, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the disruption, if appropriate.

The Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes or website, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

To maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to void entries for any reason, including but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user using different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer exceeding the permitted limit; or the use of automated systems, bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means to submit entries.

Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may constitute a violation of criminal and civil law. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive periodic email communications from Trayvax Enterprises LLC. You may opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, partners, representatives, employees, officers, agents, and directors from any and all liability, claims or damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. This includes, but is not limited to: (i) personal injury, illness, or death; (ii) property loss or damage; (iii) claims arising from negligence; (iv) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions of computers, cables, networks, hardware, or software; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or internet service; (vi) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; and (vii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. 

11. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstake, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Washington.

Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall a participant be entitled to recover punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees. Participant hereby waives all rights to such damages, as well as any right to have damages multiplied or increased, and is limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with entering the Sweepstakes.
