Order Information


ORDERING
To place an order with us, simply click the banner that appears on the home page (if you’re looking for a wallet), or you can click the “Wallets” or “Accessories” tab in the navigation bar at the top of any page.
Once you’re there, simply enter a quantity, click “Add To Cart,” and when you’re ready to check out, you can do so by visiting your shopping cart in the upper right-hand corner of any page, and following the instructions there.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Standard Shipping is free for all domestic orders over $20.00.
We hand build every wallet for you. We do our best to fill and ship orders ASAP. When choosing standard shipping, orders are usually processed within 1 to 5 business days of receiving payment. Demand may fluctuate, especially during the holidays, which can create a delay in delivery time. As we see this happening we will post updates on our individual product pages.
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after processing. Priority Shipping usually takes 2-3 days after processing. Choosing Priority Shipping will not expedite processing time. Orders are processed oldest to newest.
Please note that we are not responsible for failed shipments that result from incorrect shipping addresses, so we ask that you double-check your shipping info before submitting to avoid any problems with delivery. If you’re checking out with Paypal, you’ll want to be extra careful, as it may use a billing address by default. If you notice your address is wrong following placing your order, don’t worry, simply shoot us an email at support@trayvax.com or give us a call at (360) 738-8210 and we can easily fix it for you. Once the package leaves our hands, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do from that point.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At Trayvax we ship packages internationally. Keep in mind we are unaware of your local laws and you, the customer, assumes all shipping risks. Once the package leaves our hands there is nothing we can do from that point. All international mail is shipped via USPS. We will not stretch the truth or under declare values on any packages. Note: Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees when importing products into their country.
First Class International Mail can take up to 20 business days to reach its destination, and Priority International Mail can take up to 7 business days. Please also understand that customs can and may delay this process.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
All Trayvax returns require proof of purchase (e.g., copy of PayPal receipt, order #, name or email on order, etc.)
RETURNS:
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from when the product is delivered
The Shipping, Inspection, and Restocking fee is:
$5 for Summit/Original
$10 Element
All returns require a proof of purchase from Trayvax (e.g., copy of PayPal receipt, order #, name or email on order, etc.)
DEFECTIVE:
Trayvax will cover any additional shipping costs to repair and return wallet or send out a replacement part/wallet, depending on the situation.
Pictures may be required before return shipping label and RMA (return merchandise authorization) are issued.
Return all defects with original packaging. We label our packages to help train our production team to avoid defects. 
WARRANTIES
Every Trayvax wallet comes with a lifetime warranty. Our warranty covers normal wear and tear that hinders the wallet unusable (e.g. broken straps, worn out velcro, broken grommets, broken paracord, broken rivets, etc...). Misuse, accidental damage, and wear and tear that does not affect the function of the wallet is not covered under warranty (e.g. scratches, dents, animals ripping leather, metal plates bending from misuse as a screwdriver, bent plates from being ran over by a car, etc…).
PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.
We offer a discount for customers in the military or law enforcement (including police, fire, and EMT,) simply reach out to us via email (support@trayvax.com) or give us a call at (360) 738-8210
REPLACEMENTS
Trayvax will cover additional shipping costs to either repair or replace the product, or send out a replacement part/product, depending on the situation.
