Yes each of our wallets provide RFID resistance. RFID stands for Radio Frequency Identification. We recently completed testing and found that our wallets offer up to 95% resistance from RFID scanning. Read more here: RFID Article
Our wallets are travel friendly, abiding by all TSA rules and regulations. Sometimes TSA agents will take a second look, but they should ultimately let you through security. If your wallet is confiscated, it’s due to a misunderstanding by that particular TSA officer. Unfortunately this has happened to a few Original models, but we replaced those wallets at no cost to the customer. We will extend this courtesy to anyone who has their Trayvax confiscated by TSA, with proof of purchase.
We do not offer custom engravings. We suggest finding a local engraving company near you.
Every Trayvax wallet comes with a 65-year heirloom warranty. Our warranty covers hardware failure under normal usage (e.g. broken straps, worn out velcro, broken grommets, broken paracord, broken rivets, etc...) However, misuse, accidental damage and cosmetic damage is not covered by the warranty (e.g. scratches, dents, animals ripping leather, metal plates bending from misuse as a screwdriver, bent plates from being ran over by a car, etc…)
All returns require proof of purchase and must be within the 30 days from the date the wallet was received. If you wish to return your product, please contact our customer service team for a return label. If you attempt to return the wallet without our return label and are unable to provide a tracking method, we will not be liable for the product or reimbursement if it is lost.
The return fee for shipping, inspection, and restocking is:

$10 for the Element
$15 for the Contour
At Trayvax we ship packages internationally. Bear in mind that we are neither aware nor responsible for all international trade laws and restrictions,, the customer, assume all shipping risks. Once the package leaves our hands there is nothing we can do to influence its delivery. We will not stretch the truth or under declare values on any packages.
Note: Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees when importing products into their country.
We hand build every wallet for our customers and do our best to fulfill and ship your product in a timely way. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 5 business days of receiving payment. Demand may fluctuate, especially during the holidays, which can delay in delivery time. If delivery time is delayed, we will update our social media and product pages to reflect this.
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after processing. Priority shipping usually takes 2-3 days after processing. Choosing Priority Shipping will not expedite processing time since orders are processed in the order they are received.

With their slim design, our wallets usually can fit in either your front or back pocket, but we strongly recommend using Trayvax as a front pocket wallet. Research shows the strong potential for back pain and hip displacement from keeping your wallet in your back pocket. The main health challenge comes from the skeletal imbalance created by sitting on your wallet. Read more: Is your wallet causing back pain?
For optimal RFID protection, placing two RFID cards (for example, chip credit cards, enhanced license or military IDs or CAC) back to back in your wallet will create signal noise and scramble the information, protecting it from RFID theft. This card placement also protects these more fragile cards from any unwanted friction.
We don’t currently have the capability to add items to an order after it is already placed. Contact our customer service department and we will cancel the existing order, and then you can order again. We apologize for any inconvenience.

All wallet hardware is covered by a 65-year heirloom warranty (see warranty information above.) However, cosmetic wear and tear is not covered. Cerakote is a ceramic, baked-on layer that adds style and corrosion resistance to our wallets. Unfortunately, with daily use and abuse the Cerakote may chip, especially at the edges of the wallet. This in no way diminishes the corrosion resistance or the integrity of the wallet, it’s just one of the realities of the Cerakoted wallets. Long story short: Cerakote chipping is not covered by the Trayvax 65-year heirloom warranty.
