Trayvax Buyback Terms and Conditions


Buyback Program is valid for orders placed after March 11th, 2019.


Buyback Program is only valid for orders purchased on Trayvax.com and delivered in the 50 United States (excludes US territories and APO/FPO addresses).


Buyback Program issues a $20 refund from the order of a wallet purchased within the Program period.


ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS:

Buyback Program is only accepting NON-Trayvax wallets as a Trade-In Wallet.

A wallet is defined as a pocket-sized, flat or folding holder for money and plastic cards. Items not accepted are: binder clips, rubber bands, broccoli bands. If you are unsure or have any questions, please send us an email at support@trayvax.com

Buyback refund can only be applied to the purchase of a wallet from www.trayvax.com. Belts, accessories and other products from the Trayvax website are not eligible for the refund. (Applicable purchases include: Armored Summit, Ascent, Axis, Contour, Element, Epiphany, Explorer Passport, Original 2.0, Renegade, Summit, Summit Notebook)

The Buyback Program cannot be combined with orders that contain pre-order items. Orders with a pre-order item are not eligible and regular items must be purchased in a separate order to qualify for the Buyback. 

SHIPPING:

Trayvax will provide a prepaid shipping label to send the Trade-In Wallet to the Trayvax Facility. Shipping labels will be sent to the provided email address from the Form entry within 5 business days from the Form submission date. Trayvax is not liable for missing packages if the Trade-In Wallet is not shipped with the provided prepaid shipping label. If a package is lost after being accepted by USPS, when using a Trayvax issued shipping label, the wallet is still eligible for the Buyback Program.


Trade-In Wallet must be mailed to Trayvax within 30 days of the purchase date for refund.  Refunds cannot be issued to orders after 60 days of the purchase date.


Once a Trade-In Wallet is submitted to the Buyback Program the wallet and its contents cannot be returned or retrieved; all trade-ins are final. Upon acceptance by the USPS, title and ownership of the Trade-In wallet transfers to Trayvax and you disclaim any further right, title or interest in and to the Trade-In Wallet or any contents.


REFUND INFORMATION:

Refund of $20 USD will not be applied until we receive the Trade-In Wallet. Refund will be processed within 5 business days of delivery at Trayvax Facility.


The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used to place the order. If the original method of payment is no longer active, a Trayvax Gift Card will be issued for the amount of $20 instead. If your original method of payment becomes inactive before the refund is issued, please reach out to support@trayvax.com for assistance.


Program refund is only valid once per person. Program refund is only valid for redemption once per order (multiple people cannot register with the same order). Refund cannot be split between multiple orders.

No extra value from the $20 refund will be issued if the order is less than $20 USD (example: If order total is $16, the total refund amount will be $16 and no additional credit will be issued).


The Buyback Program is subject to change or termination by Trayvax at any time.
